I dont know if anyone here has a trampoline just sitting in there back yard, but this new product i found converts your BMX or Freestyle bike into a trampoline bike in minutes, and it can be changed back in minutes too. I dont know if anyone here has used a trampoline bike to working-out with, but boy let me tell you! after jumping a half hour, you diffently feel alot of muscles being worked and its alot of fun! www.xtremeballs.com is the web site just for your info.

It does cost, but depending on which store you buy it from, a big outlet store like Wal-Mart (here in the USA) the trampolines go for $189.00 US +tax and thats for a large 14' diameter trampoline. Having a trampoline is alot of fun for everyone in the family, including Mom, brothers, sisters and Dad! Of course i wouldnt let my Mom jump with my bike!
Your english is just fine! |

trampoline bmx is a great learning curve for freestyle bmx. I am a professional freestyle bmxer from new zealnad and the tramp taught me the backflip and all the basics. I mean i am going to the x game in 2004 representing oceania but i mean the tramp has bought me to the skill level i am at in freestyle. Thumbs up tramps.

this is a cool product but you can do the same thing with 2 pillows and some duct tpe, you cant switch back to your wheels that fast if you want to ride but its alot cheaper, i was lucky enough to have an old frame, forks, bars, and stem lying around so i have a trampoline bike all the time, it makes it so easy to learn new tricks.

Interesting, I just saw a bunch of dudes jumping with peddles on there bikes, they do tape the peddles and chain to the bike itself. And they tape the peddle ends with duct tape to protect the tramp. Never saw the bike peddles hit the tramp though. The company that is making the Xtreme Balls for BMX and Freestyle bikes to convert them to a tramp bike, I heard are getting together with ASA Extreme Sports for a practice tool at all their skate and bike training centers all over the world. Because I guess the Olympics are going to pickup the extreme sports venue, has anyone heard of that happening??????
