Unterschied von SPD Cleats? - KAI - 2004-04-16 Ich brauch SPD Cleats! Jetzt gibts da aber ja verschiedene, einmal Austieg nur links und rechts und einmal in alle Richtungen, stimmt des so? Nur links und rechts halt ich für sinnvoll, nur welches ist das richtige, das SH55 oder das SH51?
