Also, welche Krubel kann ich mit diesen Kettenblättern fahren, bzw. welchen Lochkreis brauch´ ich dazu? Die Middleburn RS7 mit dem ATB Spider müßte das schaffen, oder? Alternativen?

Schau doch einfach, in welchem Lochkreisdurchmesser es 28er Blätter gibt.
...
Ich finde nur 29er Blätter für 5-Arm Compact Kurbeln, 94mm Lochkreis.
22-29-36 müsste also gehen.
Edit: ATB Spider ist 5-Arm Standard 110mm Lochkreis
