Are any trails near Bonn or Cologne?

firstly: sorry when i add this topic in wrong section..

I'm going to small village near cologne to my friend and I don't know, are there any trails for dh or fr ?? Because I don't know that should I take my bike.. Now I've got a problem, because when i will take my bike, and there won't be trails will be bad and i will be angry :p :twisted:
