Sind da auch Bilder dabei, oder nur Text?
Wenn's nur Text ist, dann ist's vermutlich über den Windows-Nachrichtendienst (ich hab shcon von etlichen Leuten gehört, dass da auch schon Spam reinkommt).
Du kannst mal probieren ihn zu deaktivieren.
Entweder in der Eingabeaufforderung mit "net stop msg", oder besser noch in "Systemsteuerung - Verwaltung - Dienste" den "Nachrichtendienst" deaktivieren.
