Du kaufst dir 2 Alubleche, nimmst eine Stichsäge, kaufst dir feine Holzsägeblätter und schneidest das raus. Die Bohrungen machst du mit der Bohrmaschine, mit aus dem Vollen geschliffenen Bohrern brauchst du bei einer Ständerbohrmaschine nichtmal eine Reibahle. Ansonsten bohrst dus 3 Zehntel kleiner und fährst mit einer billigen H7 oder H8 Reibahle mal durch. Das wars.
