I bought a set of 29" MTB wheels from R2-bike.de and got them fine. (wrong colour nipples, but else fine)
Unfortunately the freewheel mechanism in the rear wheel broke about 10 month later and I contacted R2 bike for guarantee repair.
I send it to them as agreed, whereafter they insisted that I had done bad maintance on the wheel and that I should pay +100EUR for a new frewheel mechanism. I insisted that they should contact the hub supplier which they repeatly REJECTED.
Therfore I contacted the HUB supplier directly and they asked for the wheel to be shipped to them. After investigation of the issue the HUB supplier replaced the freewheel mechanism free of charge.
You should therefore be aware that R2bike support is not optimal when purchasing things from them.
